Derived from the Finnish word for “detail”, the Detalji bench embodies its moniker through intricate design elements and a seat meticulously crafted from paper yarn. The delicate joinery highlights the skilful craftsmanship of the artisans whilst also ensuring the bench is robust and comfortable.

The paper yarn, supplied by Woodnotes, is spun and woven in Ostrobothnia, Finland.

The bench, designed in 2021, is constructed from solid oak and is treated with a natural wood oil mix, which is safe for the craftsman and the environment.
