430 Series Table

Designed by Verner Panton in 1967, the Series 430 Table is a highly unusual design for the Danish designer, the reason being that he rarely designed tables and chairs with legs. Panton believed that the legs should be slim and elegant when designing furniture without pedestals so you can barely notice them. It often took him countless sketches and prototypes to reach a design he was truly satisfied with.

Panton designed the Series 430 table to be an inviting centrepiece for gathering people. The table is very lightweight, meaning it can be moved around with ease; this gives it versatility, as it can be repositioned in the house to suit your needs.

The Series 430 range also includes a chair, barstool and stool.
