8 – Tea Towel from Yantra

Yantra 8 Tea Towel by Kangan Arora for Tiipoi. 

Kangan Arora and the design studio Tiipoi have collaborated to create a collection of contemporary kitchen textiles for the home. The series name, Yantra, refers to the geometric diagrams used in meditative practices within Jain, Buddhist, and Tantric traditions.

The Yantra 8 tea towel features a pattern of screen-printed squares that form the collection’s foundation. In this design, the pattern takes on a larger scale, creating playful Tetris-like blocks.
